DebtValidate.com is operated by Rainy Day Company LLC dba HeyDay Digital Media, Roseville, CA. Text messages from this site are sent by DebtValidate.
Rainy Day Company LLC dba HeyDay Digital Media, operator of DebtValidate.com, texts you only when you ask us to. When you call us at (888) 555-0199, a representative can text you a link to your DebtValidate case-review form, so you can look it over and submit it from your own phone. This page explains how we ask, how we record your answer, and how to stop texts at any time.
Saying yes is optional. If you would rather not get a text, just say no — the representative can keep helping you on the call.
1. What the representative asks
Before sending anything, the representative reads this question word for word:
“Would you like me to text you a link to your DebtValidate case-review form so you can review it and submit it from your phone? Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies; you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. You’ll get a text asking you to reply YES first.”
We send a text only if you clearly say yes.
2. What it sounds like
A short example of the conversation (the phone number is made up):
- Representative
- Would you like me to text you a link to your DebtValidate case-review form so you can review it and submit it from your phone? Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies; you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. You’ll get a text asking you to reply YES first.
- Caller
- Yes, please.
- Representative
- Thank you. Is the best mobile number to text (555) 555-0142?
- Caller
- Yes, that’s my cell.
- Representative
- Great. You’ll get a text from DebtValidate in a moment asking you to reply YES. As soon as you reply, we’ll send the link.
3. How we record your consent
- The call is recorded. We tell you this at the start of the call.
- We store your consent, the date and time you gave it, and the mobile number you confirmed with your caller record.
- We keep these records as proof of consent for as long as the law requires, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. You confirm by text
The first text we send asks you to reply YES to confirm that you want the link. We send your case-review form link only after you reply YES. If you don’t reply, we don’t send the link.
